Miniature 433 MHz PCB Layout
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I already have a complete analog FM-transmitter schematic for 433 MHz (BFR93W transistor, electret mic front end, bias and tank network). What I need now is a compact, production-ready layout inside a 13.5 mm circular, 2-layer board that I can share with a PCB house without further edits.
Everything will be done inside an EasyEDA Shared Workspace; once you send me your EasyEDA username I’ll make you an editor so you can work directly on the live project. The priority is to minimise interference while respecting the strict size limitation, critical component placement around the RF path, and tight signal-routing clearances. If you’re used to controlled-impedance traces, short RF loops, and grounding tricks on tiny boards, you’ll feel right at home.
Deliverables I expect at hand-off:
• Finalised EasyEDA design (all nets DRC-clean)
• Gerber, BOM, and CPL files exported from that project, ready for assembly
• Any brief notes on tuning or component substitutions that improve stability
