Fix Analog Accelerometer Sampling Issue

I need help understanding and correcting the behavior of a TE 805M1 analog accelerometer when sampled by an STM32 ADC.
Key Issues:
- Unexpected response to movement: long ramp-up of the signal to 1g level after movement.
- Issue occurs at all movement speeds but more at higher speed.
