Electrolysis Circuit for Silver Electroplating

I'm seeking an experienced engineer to design and create a circuit and board specifically for electrolysis to be used in electroplating silver onto metal surfaces.
Requirements:
- Design a circuit that efficiently supports electrolysis for silver deposition.
- Develop a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) that can handle the required current and voltage for electroplating.
- Ensure safety measures are integrated to prevent hazards during operation.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Background in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Experience with electrolysis and electroplating processes.
- Proficiency in PCB design and circuit development.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to electrical systems.
