This LED flashing circuit blinks and glow in the following series.

Sequential
Slo-Glo
Chasing/Flash
Slow/Fade
Twinkle/Flash
Steady On.

SCR 1 and SCR 2 = PCR 406 PNPN
D1 = IN 4007
C = 10μF, 16 V
R1 = 2MΩ
R2 = 150kΩ
LED = 60 Nos
IC/Chip (Programmable) = Y803A
Tactile Switch = Pattern Change
Input Voltage
220V, 50-60 Hz
On the above I should replace with other ic so suggest me some ic.which does the same function. Circuit should be simple as above.
Or provide me a circuit which does same function
