Stochastic with ADX Trading System

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Stochastic with ADX trading system that is designed to maximize profits. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing trading systems that are focused on high risk and high reward investments. While we do not have a preferred programming language, we would prefer a language that is suitable for high-frequency trading and can handle large amounts of data.
