Automate a intraday strategy in upstox (Algo trading)

I wanted to automate below trading strategy:

Scenario:
1. take entry if high/low of ( 9:15 to 9:30 ) breaks
example:
1. if buy side breaks we will take entry and stop loss will be low of ( 9:15 to 9:30 )
2. if sell side breaks we will take entry and stop loss will be high of ( 9:15 to 9:30 )
3. target will be trailing with stoploss
Rules to follow:
1. entries will be maximum 2 per day.
2. will take entry only after 10:30
