Amibroker AFL Indicator Project

Hello Coders:
I am looking for someone to develop an Amibroker indicator for me.
The basic indicator requirements are as follows:
1. Indicator must process all bars from the first to last in a price chart.
2. Indicator must have Buy/Sell/Short/Cover rules.
3. Indicator write to a file the word “Buy” or “Sell” and update the file with each new trade.
4. Indicator must have Alerts that indicate the phrase “Buy” or “Sell”.
I will provide some v1.0 code that you can start with. I am looking for your expertise in Amibroker AFL to finish the code that I began.
The timeframe to complete this project is a week or two as I need to test the developed indicator and potentially suggest ideas for changes.
