We’re in the process of launching our online D2C sales channel through Shopify and need a professional, experienced freelancer to handle the full setup and integration of our Shopify store and product listings across Etsy, eBay, and Amazon.

Scope of Work
1. Shopify Store Setup
• Set up a clean, elegant, and responsive Shopify website (mobile optimized)
• Configure all essential pages:
• Home, About Us, Shop All, Collections, Contact, FAQ, Return Policy, Privacy, Terms, etc.
• Set up navigation, filtering, categories (e.g., Rings by shape & size)
• Install and configure necessary apps for product feeds, reviews, trust badges, WhatsApp chat, and email opt-in
• Ensure checkout is user-friendly and secure (Stripe/PayPal integration)
• Upload initial batch of products (15–30 SKUs with variations)
2. Product Listings on eBay, Etsy, and Amazon
• Create professional listings with compelling titles, descriptions, and bullet points
• Optimize each listing with SEO, tags, and relevant keywords
• Upload product images and size/shape details
• Configure shipping settings and return policies based on our guidelines
• Sync inventory with Shopify using third-party apps (like CedCommerce or LitCommerce)
• Ensure listings are compliant with platform requirements and formatted cleanly
3. Branding & Visual Consistency
• Maintain visual consistency across all platforms (logos, fonts, product images, tone)
• Suggest layout improvements for a luxury yet trustworthy brand image
4. Testing & Handover
• Walk us through the completed store + platforms
• Provide documentation or a quick-start video on how to manage listings, inventory, and orders moving forward
