The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in marketplace operations, account management, product listing optimization, advertising, and sales growth strategies. The primary objective of this role is to maximize visibility, improve conversions, and drive sustainable sales growth across all marketplace platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete management of Amazon and Blinkit seller accounts.
* Creation, optimization, and regular updating of product listings.
* Keyword research and listing enhancement to improve search rankings and conversions.
* Account health monitoring and timely resolution of marketplace-related issues.
* Regular optimization of product pages, A+ content, brand store, images, and product descriptions.
* Planning and execution of promotional campaigns, deals, offers, and seasonal sales activities.
* Management of inventory visibility and coordination for stock planning.
* Analysis of sales performance and implementation of strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
* Competitor analysis and market trend monitoring.
* Creation, management, and optimization of advertising campaigns, including:
* Amazon Sponsored Products
* Sponsored Brands
* Sponsored Display Ads
* Blinkit Promotions & Advertising Campaigns
* Other performance marketing activities relevant to marketplace growth
* Monitoring key performance metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, Organic Ranking, and Overall Sales Performance.
* Preparing regular performance reports and recommending growth strategies.
