Looking for a Freelancer – HTML Descriptions for eBay & Marketplaces
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I manage a growing catalogue on eBay, Amazon and Shopify, and I need a dependable partner to turn every new item into a polished, conversion-ready listing. Your main job will be building and refining lightweight, eBay-compliant HTML templates that carry over seamlessly to the other two platforms.
What matters most is adaptability: a single core template should flex for anything from a dining table to a throw pillow without losing its structure or style. Headings, bullet points and clearly marked sections must remain intact, the layout has to read perfectly on mobile, and the code needs to load fast with no external scripts that eBay might block.
If you also bring an eye for persuasive copy, experience with furniture or broader home-goods, and a knack for keeping every detail consistent across dozens of SKUs, that will be a definite plus. This is ongoing work, so I’m looking for someone who can slot in smoothly and stay available as new products roll out.
Deliverables I expect for each assignment
• A clean, fully responsive HTML description template incorporating headings, bullet points and distinct sections
• Inline CSS only (eBay-safe) with file size kept lean for fast load times
• A quick guide or commented code so anyone on my team can adapt the template to the next product
To start the conversation, please include:
– Two or three examples of similar HTML descriptions you’ve built
– Your preferred rate (per template or per hour)
– Any tools or workflow tips you use to speed up bulk listing on eBay, Amazon or Shopify
I’m ready to move quickly once I find the right fit and look forward to seeing your work.
