Looking for an Amazon VA to manage my amazon seller acocunt.

About Us

We are a private label e-commerce and wholesale brand on Amazon UK, with plans to expand into EU and US markets. We are looking for a reliable and skilled Amazon Virtual Assistant to help manage daily operations and build a strong branded presence on Amazon.

Responsibilities
Your role will cover both creative and operational tasks, including:
Amazon Storefront & Content
Design and maintain our Amazon Brand Store (banners, subpages, comparison charts, seasonal updates)
Create and upload A+ Content / EBC for our ASINs
Ensure the store is mobile-friendly and conversion optimized

Listings & Optimization
Upload and update product listings (titles, bullets, backend keywords)
Monitor and improve keyword ranking & CTR
Assist with flat-file uploads if needed
Customer Service & Admin
Respond to Amazon customer inquiries within 24 hours
Manage cases with Seller Support
Track and notify low stock levels

Basic Graphic Design
Create banners, comparison charts, and simple lifestyle images in Canva/Photoshop
Maintain brand identity across all Amazon content

Requirements
Proven experience as an Amazon VA (preferably for private label brands)
Familiar with Brand Registry, Brand Stores, and A+ Content
Knowledge of basic design tools (Canva/Photoshop or similar)

Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines

Bonus: EU/US expansion

Hours
14 hours per week (Must log in to check Amazon daily. Potential to transition into a full-time role as the brand grows.)
