Project Title: Amazon Expert Needed to Launch Herbal Oils Brand in UK & EU
Overview: We are launching a new premium brand of herbal oils focused on wellness, inflammation relief, and holistic health. We are seeking an experienced Amazon specialist to help us set up and optimize our Amazon storefronts in the UK and EU markets.
This is a turnkey project—we need someone who can take us from product registration to being fully ready to sell.
Scope of Work
Amazon Account Setup
Create and configure Amazon Seller Central accounts (UK + EU)
Ensure VAT registration and compliance (if required)
Product Registration & Compliance
Register herbal oil products under appropriate categories
Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and UK/EU regulations (e.g. cosmetic or ingestible classification)
Assist with any required documentation (e.g. MSDS, COA, ingredient lists)
Listing Creation & Optimization
Create high-converting product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords)
Optimize for Amazon SEO (UK and EU marketplaces)
Upload product images and A+ content (we will provide assets)
Brand Registry & Storefront
Assist with Amazon Brand Registry process
Set up branded storefront with cohesive visuals and messaging
Launch Strategy (Optional but Preferred)
Keyword research and PPC campaign setup
Early review strategies (within Amazon’s TOS)
Inventory planning and FBA/FBM setup
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience launching wellness or supplement brands on Amazon UK/EU
Strong understanding of Amazon compliance for herbal or natural products
Familiar with VAT, FBA logistics, and EU marketplace nuances
Able to work independently and deliver a ready-to-sell storefront
Bonus: Experience with Amazon advertising and launch campaigns
