Help to restore Amazon Vendor Central Direct Fulfillment function

We have an Amazon Vendor Central account, but we haven't made a sale in the past between 2019 and September 2023, and only started using the Direct Fulfillment function to get orders in September, And has been in use ever since.
Recently we received an email from Amazon telling us that Direct Fulfillment vendor access will be suspended due to limited activity over the last 12 months.
I am in need of an experienced individual who can assist in restoring the Direct Fulfillment function in my Amazon vendor central account. The function was recently suspended, and I am unable to get orders at this time. I have already reached out to Amazon support, but the issue has not yet been resolved.
