Expert Virtual Assistant for eBay Listings
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to help manage and post product listings on eBay. Your main job will be to create professional, accurate listings using the product details and images I provide.
You must be organized, communicate clearly, and be comfortable working independently once trained. Experience with eBay listings, product uploads, or e-commerce is preferred.

• Create and post new product listings on eBay
• Write clear and accurate product titles and descriptions
• Add correct pricing, product specs, and shipping information
• Upload high-quality product images
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across all listings
• Update or revise existing listings as needed
• Communicate daily on progress and updates

• I will provide product information and images via a shared Google Drive folder.
• You will either:
• Create draft listings for my review and publishing, or
• (If trusted and experienced) receive limited access to the eBay account to post directly.
• Optionally, you can prepare listings using CSV files for bulk upload.

• Prior experience with eBay, Amazon, Shopify, or similar platforms
• Strong English skills (writing and understanding)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection
• (Optional) Familiarity with tools like SixBit, InkFrog, or File Exchange

• Familiarity with pricing strategies and item specifics
• Experience with cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
