We are looking for a top-tier freelance operator who can build a brand from zero into a viral, high-revenue business across TWO markets simultaneously: USA (Amazon) & Jabodetabek (Indonesia).
Primary focus:
Global scaling via Amazon (USA market)
Local domination via social media & Indonesian marketplaces
This role is for a true full-stack operator (strategist + executor) with a strong focus on real results: sales, growth, and scalability.
OBJECTIVE:
Launch a brand from zero → awareness → viral → profitable
Penetrate and scale in the USA market via Amazon (FBA/FBM)
Dominate the Jabodetabek market via digital channels
Build a repeatable and scalable sales system
SCOPE OF WORK (END-TO-END):
1. Amazon USA Growth (CORE PRIORITY)
Product & market research (data-driven demand validation)
Competitor analysis & positioning
Keyword research (Amazon SEO)
Listing optimization:
Title, bullet points, descriptions (high-converting copywriting)
Image direction & A+ Content
Setup & scale Amazon PPC:
Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands
Launch strategy:
Ranking, traction, review generation
Conversion rate & profitability optimization
2. Local Market Domination (Jabodetabek)
Social media strategy:
TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts
Create viral, high-engagement content strategies
Setup & optimize Indonesian marketplaces:
Shopee, Tokopedia
Local campaigns (promo, bundling, urgency tactics)
KOL / influencer collaboration
Drive traffic from social → marketplace conversion
3. Performance Marketing
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
TikTok Ads
Google Ads (preferred)
Funnel strategy:
Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Retention
Retargeting & scaling
Optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTV
4. Branding & Creative Direction
Define brand positioning (global + local relevance)
Product storytelling (USP, differentiation)
Content angles, hooks, and viral frameworks
Maintain consistent brand identity
5. AI & Automation
Utilize AI tools for:
Copywriting (ads, listings, content)
Visual & video ideation
Market & competitor analysis
Workflow automation & scaling
REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE):
Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience (proven results required)
Proven track record:
Scaling products in Amazon USA
Understanding or experience in Indonesian market
Expertise in:
Amazon SEO & PPC (MANDATORY)
Social media growth & viral strategy
Conversion optimization
Strong proficiency in:
AI tools (latest stack)
Data analytics & performance tracking
Able to work independently (no internal team support)
Fast execution & highly result-driven
