E-Commerce Data Update Assistant

I run an Amazon-based store and need an organised, intermediate-level virtual assistant who can keep our numbers accurate every single day. Your routine will revolve around three core areas: recording each day’s sales, monitoring inventory so we never run out of fast-moving items, and processing purchase orders with suppliers as soon as stock hits our reorder point.

You’ll have direct access to the Amazon Seller Central dashboard and our shared Google Sheets, so confidence navigating those tools is essential. Accuracy, consistency and a quick turnaround time matter more to me than sheer volume—my priority is that the data is always current and decisions can be made on reliable figures.

If you already understand basic Amazon FBA workflows, restock limits and lead-time calculations, you’ll be up to speed quickly. I’m looking to start with a short onboarding call, then move to daily updates (Monday-Friday) with a brief end-of-week summary highlighting any low-stock SKUs or purchase orders still pending confirmation.
