Bulk Amazon Upload Training

My Amazon Seller Central account is already fully up and running; what I’m missing is the know-how to move dozens of new items into the catalogue in one go. All the information I have today sits in a single JPG manifest that lists each product’s name and SKU.

Here’s what I want from you: show me, step by step, how to convert that image into the spreadsheet or feed file Amazon accepts and then walk me through the actual bulk upload process so I can repeat it on my own next time. I’m flexible on tooling—whether you prefer Amazon’s category-specific template, an OCR-plus-Excel workflow, or a third-party integration, I’m open, as long as the result is a clean, successful upload with no listing errors.

Deliverables I’d like to walk away with:
• One live screen-share session (or clear video) demonstrating the full workflow, from extracting data out of the JPG to hitting “Upload” in Seller Central
• A reusable template or script that converts future manifests into the required format
• A short checklist of the critical validation steps so my listings won’t be suppressed
