Build my Amazon seller account

Hello - I opened up my Amazon Seller Account about 2 months ago and since then have not been able to properly list a product. I've been going back and forth with customer service through their case log.

I need help with adding all products from my personal business, which include South Asian clothing for men and women, jewelry, and shawls.
