US-Based Amazon Store Support
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I run a growing Amazon storefront and I’m looking for someone located in the United States who can step in and handle three core pieces of the day-to-day work: customer service, product listing, and the order-fulfillment side of inventory management.
You’ll log in to my Seller Central account, respond to buyer messages quickly and professionally, and keep my metrics in the green. When new items come in, you’ll create or refine the listings—titles, bullet points, keywords, images—so they’re fully optimized for Amazon search and compliant with policy.
On the inventory side, your focus is order fulfillment: once an order is placed you’ll make sure it moves smoothly from pick/pack to carrier hand-off, updating tracking details and alerting me to any delays or returns. (I already have stock level monitoring and supplier relationships covered, so those pieces stay with me.)
I’ll provide brand guidelines, account access, and a direct Slack channel so you’re never left guessing. Consistent communication and close attention to Amazon’s performance standards are essential; beyond that, I’m flexible on tools and workflow as long as you get results.
If you’re in the U.S. and have solid Seller Central experience, let’s talk—I’m ready to get you started this week.
