Amazon product BSR vanished - pls fix

Hello,
the product concerned is in the German market place.
It has no BSR although plenty of sales, more than 400 reviews and is ranked #1 for several keywords.
What I have already done.
1.) I wrote a support ticket. As to the support ticket it simply said my client's product is not eligible for BSR. Again my client has the same product with different color not as variant but different listing. This other product only has like 5% of the sales of the product we are talking about and has a BSR. It makes not sense.
2.) I tried to edit the category as it seems not properly set as it does not show above the input field like in the other product but only in the input field for category. Again wrote a support ticket. The answer was I am not eligible for this category althouthg the product obviously is.
Now this is the status quo. And it is in the German market. Please only apply if you can fix it by walking me through it as I cannot give you access to my clients account. We also cannot simply reupload the product or any other measure that would loose 400 reviews.
Payment will only be sent if BSR is successfuly reinstated. Only apply if you accept these terms.
