We are looking for an experienced E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a long-term basis. If you have proven experience growing brands on Amazon, eBay, and social media, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Amazon

* Create and optimize product listings (SEO)
* Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns
* Keyword research and competitor analysis
* Improve product rankings and conversions
* Monitor inventory and listing health
* Handle customer messages and account support

eBay

* Create and optimize eBay listings
* Manage product catalogs and pricing
* Handle customer inquiries and order-related issues
* Optimize listings to increase visibility and sales

Social Media

* Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms
* Create engaging content and schedule posts
* Respond to comments and messages
* Grow followers and increase brand engagement
* Work with influencers and assist with marketing campaigns

Requirements

* Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central
* Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC and listing optimization
* Experience with eBay Seller Hub
* Experience managing social media accounts for brands
* Excellent English communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Bonus Skills

* Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
* Knowledge of Shopify
* Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT
* Basic graphic design or video editing skills
