A-Z Amazon Store Manager

Looking for a highly experienced A-Z Amazon Shop Manager that can provide my Amazon store with all aspects including setup, sourcing, order fulfillment, customer service, and more.
I haven’t started the setup process at all for my shop, we would be starting together from a total fresh slate, I’m prepared to start and get anything you need to set up the shop.
I need someone that can show me success from past Amazon stores they’ve run, preferably someone that has connections with dropshipping stores that have FAST shipping (7 days or less to the US). I’ve considered CJDropshipping but if you have a better suggestion with good profit margins and quick shipping I’m open to that.
The perfect person for this job:
• Has experience in A-Z Amazon store management
• Will take compensation in form of profit commission
• Knows how to find selling products, source them, and upload them
• Speaks good English
