Amazon Store Management Support
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I run a small Amazon storefront with just three SKUs and would like to hand off the day-to-day work that keeps everything running smoothly. I’m looking for a detail-oriented partner who can take full ownership of product listings, customer communication and ongoing inventory tracking.
Product Listings
You’ll refresh the current pages by rewriting the copy, adding strong keywords for Amazon search, and pushing live updates when needed through Seller Central. That means crafting concise, benefit-driven descriptions, refining titles, bullets and backend terms, and monitoring performance so each listing stays fully optimized.
Customer Communication
All buyer messages, reviews and occasional complaints should be handled promptly and courteously. I need someone who can jump into the messaging dashboard, give accurate answers within Amazon’s 24-hour window, diffuse issues before they escalate, and follow up on reviews when appropriate.
Inventory Control
Because I only carry three products, accuracy matters. Please create and maintain a simple worksheet (Excel or Google Sheets is fine) that tracks stock on hand, inbound shipments and projected depletion dates. A quick visual alert when we hit a reorder point will keep everything in stock.
If you already know Seller Central, keyword tools like Helium 10, and basic spreadsheet formulas, we’ll move fast. Consistent communication, respect for Amazon policies and a proactive mindset are non-negotiable.
