Amazon Store Due Diligence Audit

Job ID: 40498374

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

I’m reviewing an Amazon business for a potential acquisition and need an experienced analyst to give me an evidence-based picture of how the store has actually performed. The assignment has two intertwined parts:

• Full Amazon store review focused on sales performance, customer feedback, and product listings. I’ll give you read-only Seller Central access; you’ll spot trends, uncover red flags, and explain the drivers behind top- and bottom-line results.
• Reconstruct a true, GAAP-ready P&L for the last 24 months. This must reconcile Seller Central disbursements, advertising spend, COGS, fees, returns, and any off-Amazon expenses, delivered in a clean, audit-friendly spreadsheet with supporting workpapers.

I expect clear commentary that ties your storefront findings to the reconstructed numbers, plus a concise executive summary highlighting risks and upside. Please outline the data you typically pull (e.g., Business Reports, Advertising, Transaction Details), the tools you use—Excel, Power Query, Helium 10, Keepa, etc.—and link to one anonymised sample if possible.

Accuracy and transparency are paramount; I’ll sign off once every figure can be traced back to a primary report.
