Commission-based project.
Our Seller Central account covers France (our primary marketplace), Germany, Italy, Sweden, Poland, the Netherlands, Ireland, Spain, and Belgium. I am looking for an experienced freelancer to handle the operational management and day-to-day maintenance of these platforms.
Objectives:
Increase sales.
Responsibilities:
Master the entire Seller Central ecosystem.
Initially, conduct an audit of the current setup and propose improvements.
Add new products.
Liaise with Amazon support teams.
Manage customer relations.
Handle alerts.
Pre-project Deliverables:
1. An audit report (via a Google Sheet I will provide) specific to each marketplace, potentially including annotated screenshots. Reports must include a list of priority actions, ranked by their potential impact on revenue and ease of implementation.
2. If necessary, proposed mock-ups for new visuals.
3. A 30-minute meeting to review the report.
In addition to Amazon Seller Central tools, the use of a third-party tool of your choice is mandatory (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Ahrefs).
Initialization Phase Deliverables:
1. Proposed project plan (roadmap, versioning, deliverables).
2. Implementation of audit findings.
3. The freelancer must provide access to their task-tracking tool.
Operational Phase Deliverables:
1. Daily activity timesheets (shared Google Sheet).
2. Weekly report on key points and proposed actions (shared Google Sheet).
3. Creation of new product listings.
4. Bi-weekly follow-up call. I am looking for a highly qualified Amazon Seller Central specialist with expertise (SEO, regulations, etc.) in the dietary supplement or cosmetics sectors—ideally within the European market.
To support their application, the freelancer must demonstrate relevant experience and have a minimum of 10 ratings on Freelancer.
