Amazon Product Sourcing VA

I need a seasoned virtual assistant who can take full ownership of sourcing profitable Home and Kitchen items for the Amazon US marketplace. The role covers both domestic and international pipelines, so you should already feel at home comparing suppliers on Alibaba and GlobalSources while also reaching out to reliable U.S. wholesalers and manufacturers.
Here’s what the day-to-day work looks like for me:
• Finding suppliers that meet my target landed cost, MOQ, and lead-time requirements
• Negotiating prices, payment terms, and sample credits so we keep margins healthy from the start
• Overseeing basic quality-control steps—photo or video inspections, factory audit checks, and pre-shipment reports—to be sure products pass Amazon’s standards
I regularly vet ideas with Helium 10, Keepa, Jungle Scout, and AMZScout. If you already use these (or similar) tools to validate demand, track BSR trends, and calculate ROI, that’s perfect—just mention your toolkit when you reply.
Deliverables I expect for each accepted product:
1. Supplier comparison sheet (quote, MOQ, production time, Incoterms, shipping estimate)
2. Negotiation summary with agreed pricing, concessions, samples
