Amazon Product Listings Specialist

Project:
We are looking for someone to assist with our Amazon accounts and product listings. This is a short term project that might lead to more work in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Feed File Management:
Regularly update and maintain feed files for 19 Amazon marketplaces, ensuring all product listings are accurate and aligned with our inventory and product strategy.

Weekly Listing Audits:
Conduct weekly audits of product listings across all marketplaces to ensure ongoing accuracy and optimization.

Content Review:
Review titles, descriptions, and product specifications, focusing on detail and ensuring local relevance, particularly for Asian markets.

Manual Updates:
Manually update incorrect listings via feed files to maintain data integrity and consistency across platforms.

Parent-Child Relationships:
Create and manage parent-child relationships across different regions to streamline the product catalog and enhance customer experience.

Issue Resolution Follow-Ups:
Actively follow up on listing issues with Amazon support to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with marketplace standards.

Pricing & Variation Management:
Monitor and update pricing across marketplaces and ensure parent/child variations remain intact and function correctly.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with the Amazon and Digital Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with broader Amazon strategies and initiatives.

Process Improvement:
Identify areas for improving listing management processes and contribute to the development of more efficient workflows.

Qualifications
- Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central and feed file management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
- Excellent communication skills for effective follow-ups with support teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with global marketplaces, particularly in Asia, is a plus.
- Familiarity with parent-child listing structures and variation management.
