Amazon VC or SC Order Processing Help

I’m looking for an Amazon insider who knows Vendor Central inside-out and can step in to keep our orders flowing smoothly. Your main mission is to own the day-to-day order processing tasks so my team can stay focused on growth.

What I need you to handle:
• Confirm every purchase order the moment it drops in VC/ SC.
• Create and submit invoices that pass Amazon’s compliance checks.
• Generate ASNs and book shipments in line with vendor routing guidelines.
• Keep an eye on chargebacks, shortages, and cancellations, flagging any issues immediately.
• Compile a short weekly report summarizing processed orders, exceptions, and next steps.

You should already be comfortable navigating the Vendor Central dashboard, understanding routing requirements, and working to strict ship-by dates. Familiarity with basic catalog edits, case creation, and ticket follow-ups is a plus—if you can quickly adjust titles or update logistics templates, even better.

I’ll grant you secure access and provide SOPs for each task. The initial engagement covers a trial run of our current order volume; if it goes well, we can expand into fuller product management duties.
