Hiring: Amazon Merch on Demand Operations VA / POD Manager

I work a full-time 9–5 and need a reliable VA who can manage most of my Amazon Merch workflow with minimal supervision.

This is not just a design role. I need someone who understands niche research, trademark/copyright safety, SEO titles/bullets, listing preparation, Google Sheet tracking, weekly reporting, and scaling winning designs.

My account is currently low-tier, so upload slots are limited. Quality, compliance, and smart niche selection matter more than bulk designs.

Responsibilities:

* Research low-competition Merch niches
* Validate demand and competition
* Check trademark/copyright risk properly
* Create or manage simple original t-shirt designs
* Write SEO-friendly titles, bullets, and descriptions
* Prepare upload-ready files
* Track designs, sales, and winners in Google Sheets
* Send weekly reports
* Recommend what to upload and what to avoid

Requirements:

* Real Amazon Merch/POD experience
* Strong English writing
* Trademark/copyright awareness
* Canva, Kittl, Photopea, or Illustrator experience
* Ability to work independently
* No copied designs, celebrities, brands, lyrics, sports teams, movie quotes, or risky trends
