Amazon Listing for Beekeeping Product
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm in search of a professional help me with several issues.
The first issue is that in Seller Central on the top line my company name is listed as Barry's Bees and it should be West Alabama Bee Company. I am the owner of both companies and incorrectly started with the wrong one. I need help getting this fixed.
The second issue is getting a product called "The Comb Assistant" correctly listed.
- This has to do with 'Beekeeping'. The purpose is to help a beekeeper make comb honey
- The brand, Running Wild Apiaries, is correctly mentioned. My company, West Alabama Bee Company is the reseller.
- The incorrect Product Type at present is- HAIR_COMB
- The incorrect GL Product Group- at present is gl_beauty
My product has nothing to do with hair comb. It has to do with honey comb. I do not understand how to fix this. I have contacted Amazon multiple times and all I get back is a form letter saying that I need to give them the correct product type and GL Product group. I don't know what the correct product group and GL Product Group should be.
So, I need this fixed and then I need to be shown how to fix this should it happen again.
The third issue is that The Comb Assistant has 2 variations. A deep and a medium. Right now they are listed separately rather than one. I would like it that when you go the product to be able to pick whether you want a deep or a medium.

They should be meticulous, with keen attention to detail, and should possess excellent written communication skills to effectively describe the product. Familiarity with the beekeeping industry and related products is not necessary.
