Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have a sizable catalogue of jewelry—some handcrafted, some mass-produced—that must be listed on Amazon.com in one cohesive upload. Every item carries multiple variations (size, colour, sometimes material), so the work centres on building accurate parent–child structures and pushing them live through Seller Central with zero errors.
Scope of work
• Consolidate my supplied titles, bullet points, descriptions, images and SKU codes into the Amazon Jewellery flat-file template.
• Optimise each listing for Amazon search while strictly following the jewellery style guide.
• Upload the flat file, troubleshoot any error reports or suppressed SKUs until every item is live.
• Assign handcrafted pieces to the Handmade programme where appropriate, leaving mass-produced lines in the standard category.
• Provide a completion report showing active ASINs, parent-child links and any unresolved issues.
Deliverables
1. Clean, error-free flat-file (CSV/XLSX).
2. All listings live with correct variations and images.
3. Post-upload reconciliation report.
Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of SKUs created with the correct variation matrix.
• No lingering style-guide violations or suppressed listings.
• Titles ≤ 200 characters; bullet points ≤ 500 characters.
Typical tools: Amazon Seller Central, Inventory Loader/Jewelry flat file, Excel, Helium 10 or similar for keyword research. I’ll provide the raw catalogue data and images immediately after award so the build can begin straight away.
