Amazon Guru needed asap- listing fix
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We have a product B08D6VHS1G listed on amazon. This then has multi variations (different lengths of this product) 16 listings in total eg 7ft, 8ft, 9ft etc. Example of one of these: B08D6TYK29.
Recently we had to adjust dispatch time as we were out of the office. We’ve changed this all back now but since the listings are just not displaying in results and also the listing no longer shows the multi variations.
I contacted amazon and they said they were supressed due to unapproved images. That’s fine we’ve created a new main image I can change that in the listings.
However I can’t save revisions as an error appears under the Brand section under Vital info. The error is as below (for reference “X” is our registered brand on amazon)
The value 'X' specified cannot be used as it conflicts with the value 'Unknown' for ASIN Z in the Amazon catalogue. If this is ASIN 'B08D6V2HXB', update the value to match the ASIN data. If this is a different product, update identifying information (UPC/EAN/Part Number/etc).
I don’t know what to do and amazon aren’t being much help. We’ve had this listing for a year or so, as such have many reviews / sales so don’t want to loose those.
We need a fix to remove the error, upload new main image to the listing and get it working again as a multi variation listing, retaining all reviews etc we’ve accrued.
We want to get this sorted asap, please contact us if you are confident you can fix, advise a lead time to do so and price.
