Amazon Feedback Management
Budget: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 INR
I need someone who can systematically lift my seller rating on Amazon India by collecting fresh, genuine positive feedback while pushing inappropriate negatives off the page. I already respond and resolve issues whenever a buyer leaves a poor comment, yet delayed shipping still drives most of the low-star remarks. Your job is to go further—handle follow-ups with recent buyers, open removal cases in Seller Central when feedback violates policy, and keep a calm, service-first tone that converts unhappy shoppers into advocates.
You should feel at home inside the Feedback Manager, Buyer–Seller Messaging, and the standard removal request workflow. I’ll share access to my account along with current templates and logistics data; from there, you’ll:
• Map out a short outreach sequence that fits Amazon’s guidelines and doesn’t risk a policy strike.
• Monitor new ratings daily, respond or escalate within 24 hours, and document every action.
• File removal requests for any feedback that qualifies under Amazon’s rules (e.g., order fulfillment comments, foul language).
• Send me a concise weekly report highlighting wins, unresolved cases, and next steps so we can track rating improvements over time.
Success will be measured by a higher overall feedback percentage, a visible reduction in recent negatives linked to shipping delays, and clean compliance with Amazon policy throughout the process.
