Amazon Author Central Page -- Setup and Full Management

I am a published author in the USA, looking for help in professional setup and maintenance of my Amazon Author Page (on Author Central) along with other associated responsibilities.
The vendor must have substantial experience with the Amazon platform such as Seller Central or Enhanced Brand Content. Experience with Author Central would be a plus (but not critical). Experience in book marketing is also not required.
In addition to the required skills in information technology and Amazon platform, the Freelancer should also have very good communication habits and tendencies.
