AWS SP-API Restricted role -- 2

We are looking for someone who is good at Amazon SP-API.
We already have an AWS developer account with access to the SP-API roles.
We need the Tax Invoicing (Restricted) role,
We also want the Tax Remittance (Restricted) role if possible.
