I`m unable to connect to my AWS ligthsail through SFTP- filezilla, I need help on this performed ASAP thourgh anydesk ( I have AWS account logged on my desktop)

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me connect to my AWS Lightsail instance through SFTP using FileZilla. I am currently unable to connect and need this resolved as soon as possible. I have an AWS account logged on my desktop and can provide access through AnyDesk.
Requirements:
- Experience with AWS Lightsail and SFTP connections using FileZilla
- Knowledge of SSH key pairs and their setup
- Proficiency in troubleshooting SFTP connection errors
- Strong communication skills to provide clear instructions and guidance
Please note that I am not sure if the necessary SSH key pairs have been set up for my AWS Lightsail instance. I am also using a Windows local machine and receiving the error message "Server refused our key Error: Could not connect to server" when attempting to connect via SFTP.
