terraform to Jenkins infrastructure and Jenkins DR

i have terraform created ecs based jenkins controller( high availability) and agent( fargate). I wanted to integrate few additional things to this terraform script so that it can bring back Jenkins without loss of data or configurations in the event of DR. i wanted the terraform scripts for the following

1. configure Devops tools configurations such as java, sonarqube,maven,veracode on jenkins controller
2. save and load all the jobs with ( from s3 storage, efs)
3. credential management
4. LDAP sync
5. security configurations
