I need a expert at uploading template on amazon NOW. I NEED HELP NOW.

I am having a problem listing 4 products via add product on amazon home & Kitchen. If you have more than 2 years of solid experience, I need you now. An error pops up that doesn't mean anything. I tried via template upload but cannot even add Product type ID. 3rd part app which is amazon won't allow me to save on excel. I downloaded their template. I have 11 years experience and my head is turning.
