I need to create a Lambda,so i need an AWS expert

I'm doing a project in AWS that, the main objective is to join an Alexa Echo to a PLC using AWS and NodeRed, the main problem is to make a Lambda with simutanious functions like PowerController, PowerLevel etc etc. So i need help doing this Lambda.
