I need an OCR and RPA workflow created Using AWS environment
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I need an OCR and RPA bot that can intake a 7-page patient intake form that is deployed through AWS.
I need the server to be deployed with a system that charges the client per month for the solution plus they need to buy credits to use it each time. I have attached the form I need to get text extracted from and put into the patient software.
I just need this info extracted from the physical papers to the web and inputted in the correct field on the patient record and health record. I also need a login for the clinic and a dashboard that shows how many hours they have saves (linear function that we will calculate, how much money has been saved (linear function, and an "Actions" tab that shows the handwriting that was low confidence and will need a manual review.
I have uploaded the form that needs to be extracted below.

-Extremely Secure as this will involve Patient data and such
- Meet requirements and regulations for the server (information will be provided)
- Fine tuning software for a certain number of months
- Deployed to the web for others to login and access
Monthly compensation for upkeep will be separate as well.
