I need an Amazon MBA Specialist

I try to get my seller account moving, but there are still problems with it, first nobody can find it on Amazon when they even use my Keywords, its only comes up when you use the Brand Name, and of course it is a new Brand and nobody knows it. So I would need help with this issue, I also need help with a format issue in the description of my product. I did the correction but it does not take it.
