ec2 internet connectivity issue

I have ec2 instance that has a app.js script

the script send a request to API and cache the response, the ec2 instance was running without any issues.

but las week all network calls from ec2 to the API services starts to fail .. the API service is working, the issue is from the ec2 instance

I need this internet connectivity issue to be fixed ASAP
