install wordpress (with SSL) on lightsail via teamviewer (ERROR PAGE on lightsail)

no migration, new site.
when i go on lightsail i get this ERROR PAGE (attached), even after having created new account and added payment method.
i have only experience with bluehost, none with AWS.
installation on specific domain (already purchased on namecheap, currently pointing to bluehost).
JOB IS NOT COMPLETE AND WILL BE CANCELLED IF FAILING ON ERROR PAGE
