To find out why website on AWS (a cloud ERP) is sometimes not accessible from our head office

The project is to scan the network\traffic and to find out the issue:
There is a head office from where it is not possible to access the website on AWS (our cloud ERP's server is there) sometimes - approximately 1-3 times a day, for a period of 15 min to 3 hours. Only ISP router restart is helping, but today even this did not help.
This ERP's website can be open from other branches. i.e. issue is not with AWS, but with head office network.
In the head office there is the server with Mikrotik, gateway and other infrastructure. Acrhitecture of 'server' is attached.
