env variable read from ssm store to fargate basd eks pods

I need help setting up a system that can read environment variables in eks manifest files from an SSM Parameter Store to EKS pods running on Fargate.
ec2 based eks has csi driver and other solution but fargate based will not with same way
i will need only solution that works on fargate based EKS cluster pods can get the env variables read from ssm parameter store( not secret manager)
