eBay Posting Program Debugging

My eBay posting software has encountered an issue that I need help troubleshooting. I'm not sure what caused the glitch, but it started happening just recently. As I only use this program about 8 times a year, I'm not particularly tech-savvy and I would appreciate your assistance.

The program can still post auctions and leave feedback, but I am currently unable to update my auctions. Every time I try, I receive a timeout error with the message "Waiting for eBayOfficialTime Data from eBay Web services" followed by a 404 error window ("The web page cannot be found").

I'm open to the possibility that this issue could have stemmed from the recent daylight savings change, but I'm not sure. Since updating the auctions is not critical (I can still post new ones), I would be willing to pay $75 for someone to help me troubleshoot and hopefully find a workaround to access my current auctions.

Please note, I do not know the programming language the software is written in, nor do I have knowledge of its internal workings.
