devops owasp docker

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to help with my devops needs in terms of OWASP and Docker configuration. Specifically, I require assistance with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) since I'm new to this area. Additionally, I need guidance on setting up and working with OWASP. Furthermore, I also need help with generating a owasp report for a site extensive from bitbucket or github pipeline and send it to a mail through aws ses. DevOps experience in these fields, I would really appreciate your help.
