create docker-compose file

use docker-compose to config the following

traefik + portainer with SSL
a load balancer with two WordPress CMS
- port mapping to a suitecrm CRM
- port mapping to Nagios : server monitoring tool
- port mapping to online juputer notebook application
all applications under SSL

* AWS server and domain name provided
