consultant for Backend Python project and AWS

I am looking for a consultant to optimize the performance of my backend Python project on AWS. The ideal candidate should have experience with AWS , Amazon EC2, ubunto server in AWS The main goal of this project is to optimize the system performance. The expected timeline for this project is between 4 to 8 weeks.
