connection database using php via AWS QLdb service

I would like to connect database using php via AWS QLDB service.
I dont have any AWS account now, so you could test it with your AWS account and then set up the configuration of QL, and connect db using PHP.
If you have experience with QL db, please insert "qldb" at your top of proposal, (not lowercase, uppercase).
I would like to find someone, who can help me with this task, and work together long term.
